In my experience there are a lot of expats in other Dutch cities too. I am working with cliënts who live in Maastricht (quite a few!), Breda, Eindhoven, Amsterdam, São Paulo en Utrecht.

Most of the people are highly motivated to come to work and live in Holland. My Dutch language sessions with each one of them are very interactive and they all are also very motivated to improve their Dutch language skills.
