I highly recommend using 2 books when your start practising the Dutch language or if you just want to improve your Dutch verbal skills.
Practising Q&A sessions 1 on 1 can be highly effective.
1. 'TAALPINGPONG'
by Nicole van Schaijik/Boom
On the website from "BoomNT2" you can find info about the book "Taalpingpong".
Taalpingpong | Van Schaijik | 9789085065845 | NT2
"Taalpingpong is designed to help any non-speaker of Dutch – from integrating immigrant to expat – practice asking questions and giving answers in Dutch. It contains an abundance of questions and answers in various situations. And a lot of practice is required!"
"Target group
This book is suitable for students from level A1 to A2 and can be used with every NT2 and integration method. The book can be used for self-study or in class. Expats can use Taalpingpong from level A0."
2. 'TAALTEMPO'
by Pauline Kuiper-Jong/Uitgeverij Coutinho
On the website from "BoomNT2" you can also find info about the book "Taaltempo".
Taaltempo Nederlands | Pauline Kuiper-Jong | 9789046902813 | NT2
"After learning a language, many people are still struggling with the reaction time: the time between a question and an answer. With Taaltempo Nederland, you will learn to answer a question faster and easier. You are reading a question and formulate an answer by using the correct grammatical rules. Next, you can look up the right answer. Step by step, answering will become a habit. The level starts at A1 and end at B2, with the preface being repeated."
Target group
People who already master level A2 or higher.
